Help us prevent the traumatic, life-altering experience of eviction and homelessness from happening to our neighbors.

We believe in prevention.

We provide information and support to 300-400 families per month, and case management with rental assistance to 100 families per month.

It costs $2,000 on average for Jesse Tree to keep a family housed, compared to $15,000 for a family to find new housing after being evicted.

Over 90% of people being evicted can’t pay their rent due to a temporary unanticipated expense or shortfall such as a health care bill, job loss, or car breakdown.
