Our homes are so much more than physical spaces. Home is where we are our truest selves and build the foundation for our happy and healthiest  lives. We believe that home is everything.

Unfortunately, many of our neighbors in the Treasure Valley are lacking the resources they need to remain stably housed. The good news: you can keep a neighbor at risk of losing their home stably housed for just $40 a month.

Jesse Tree's programs effectively stop eviction and prevent homelessness through trauma-informed case management and emergency rental assistance.

HOME IS EVERYTHING

What does home mean to you? To our clients, stable housing means that they can focus more on life’s other demands, kids can go to school, employment is easier to find and manage, and so much more. According to one client, “Now I can stay in Boise longer and be happy and content knowing that I’ll have a roof over my head this month and next. I’m glad for it. One less problem to have.”

Over 100 families are at risk of losing their homes and are on our waiting list for assistance right now. Since our founding, with the support of generous community members like you, we have prevented more than 15,000 people from experiencing eviction.

  • The reason we give to Jesse tree is simple. Every night before my husband and I go to sleep, we thank our God that we are fortunate to be tucked into a warm, comfortable bed in a home we love and in which we feel safe and secure. But we are also aware that there are so many others in our community that are without that blessing it is so easy for us to take for granted. Our donation to Jesse Tree is a small way we can help others have the same blessing of a home that we have. We only wish we could do more to help!

  • I like helping people have a place to live. Getting kicked out of your house or where you are living has got to totally stink. It seems like a terrible thing to have to deal with and that would disrupt one's whole life, I would think.
